🚚 Shipping Policy

Free shipping for orders above $150

We ship across Canada and to select international destinations. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated (e.g. preorders).

  • Standard Shipping (Canada): 3–7 business days

  • Preorders: Shipped once the product arrives (estimated date is listed on each product page)

  • Tracking: All shipments come with tracking numbers

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs clearance processes. If your package is delayed, please contact us — we’re happy to help track it down.

📦 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your mini car models!

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Conditions:

  • Returns are accepted only if items are unopened and in original packaging

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect

  • Preorder items are non-refundable once shipped

📅 Preorder Policy

Preorders allow you to reserve upcoming releases before they sell out. When you place a preorder:

  • You’re securing stock ahead of time

  • We will ship it as soon as it arrives in our warehouse

  • Estimated arrival dates are listed on the product page (subject to change by the manufacturer)

Note: Preorders are final sale and non-refundable once shipped

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll help file a claim with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked "delivered" by the courier

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
